Dear Class of 1986,
While years have passed since our CC block break days, we still treasure our highly refined road trip skills and appreciation for finding joy in just being out and about in the world and creating a little adventure. Our Colorado College experience is as original as we are. And together, we can share our best memories and hopefully create some new adventures during our 35th reunion at CC on Oct. 8-10, 2021! Our reunion comes at an extraordinary time at Colorado College. In Fall 2017, CC launched Building on Originality: The Campaign for Colorado College, which aims to create 180 new student scholarships, enhance CC’s creativity and innovation program, invest in the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College, and support our outstanding faculty and coaches.
Reaching these goals, and many other priorities for the college and CC students, depends on alumni like us and on our class gift. This year, we’ve decided to raise $250,000 with at least 35% percent class participation for our 35th. As a committee, we decided that our specialty project for our reunion will be to raise $50,000 of our total fundraising goal to name the Robson Arena Conference Room in honor of our class. But we’re counting all gifts, regardless of amount or designation, toward our reunion!
